Franchise Fee
- One-time franchise fee of ₹18,000.

Franchise Term
- Initial agreement period of 3 years.
- Renewable based on performance and compliance.
Use of Brand Name
- The franchisee may use the name “Shree Narayana Guru School of Art” only during the agreement period.
- The logo, syllabus, certificates and promotional materials remain the property of the head office.
Infrastructure Requirements
- A classroom of at least 300–500 sq.ft.
- Proper lighting and ventilation.
- Tables, chairs, a whiteboard and an art display area.
- A safe, clean and student-friendly environment.
Academic Standards
- Follow the prescribed syllabus and curriculum.
- Maintain quality teaching standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and competitions.
Teacher Qualifications
- Art teachers must be skilled in drawing and painting.
- Teacher training is provided by the head office.
- Professional conduct is required at all times.
Student Admissions
- Admissions follow the institution’s guidelines.
- Student records must be maintained properly.
- Fee collection remains with the franchisee.
Quality Monitoring
- The head office may inspect and review academic quality.
- Suggestions for improvement must be implemented.
Certificates
- Students completing a course may receive certificates approved by the institution.
Ethical Standards
- Political activity under the institution’s name is prohibited.
- Activities damaging the institution’s reputation are strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorised use of the logo or certificates is prohibited.
Termination
The franchise may be terminated for any of the following:
- Misuse of the institution’s name.
- Poor academic standards.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Violation of the agreement terms.
